Q.1-2 What is the cost of exhibiting?

It will cost as follows.

・Exhibition fee
・Booth decoration costs (Construction costs, Fixtures, etc.)
・Others (Electricity, Water supply, Logistics, Accommodation, Interpretation etc., as needed)

Q.1-3 Is it possible to reserve the booth position temporarily?

Yes.

Q.1-4 Is it possible to hold a private seminar?

Yes.  "Business Opportunity★Seminar (Exhibitor's Seminar)" and "Beauty Body Makeup Live Stage" are available.
Inquiry for the Secretariat for times and other details.  

*It is not possible to apply for only the seminar stage. Exhibiting is needed.

Q.2-1 How are booth positions determined?

It will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
We recommend to apply as soon as possible in order to get a better booth position.

Q.2-2 Is it possible to change the number of booths after submitting an application?

Yes. Please contact the secretariat for details.
*When reducing the number of booths, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Q.2-3 Is it possible to offer a tasting at the venue?

Q.3-1 What if I want consulting about booth decoration?

We introduce our partner construction companies.

We recommend a "package decoration plan" that allows you to easily decorate. Please contact the secretariat for details.

Q.3-2 What if I want to rent equipment?

You can order from our partner company.

Q.3-3 What if I want to recruit a temp staff and interpreters?
